For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Enjoyed this debut album on miroak2. And from there, on the recco of the band 'age of distraction' on Bandcamp...

I think I take my K612s out once, maybe twice a year. That last few times I listened to them they really didn't click with my like they used to. I found their mids too shouty and the bass extension to be below an acceptable standard. (I'm almost certainly spoiled by planars)

This time, however, they're kinda doing it for me. The tubes might be playing especially nice with them, or it's the selection of music I'm listening with, but I'm really digging their sound again. Could be nostalgia, too; after all there's a LOT of music I fell in love with with the K601s.
... could be also that the K612 impedance of 120 ohms is a nice fit for (early?) Woo WA2 ...

CFA Bonneville + HIBY R8 II
This album was shared here the other week, this is some dark stuff. That opening track is quite theatrical, does paint a dark picture.

Then over to sludge/doom metal after the opening track, quite dark and good. Lots of distortion and slow dark growling, Bonneville up for the duty 🤘

I’m 10 seconds into the first song (and about 60% of my way into my first cup of morning coffee), and this album really hits the spot. Wow.

P.S. Hope you’re feeling well soon!

IMHO the best Dog eat dog album ever.... so much refreshing like Nirvana in early 90's, Rage against the machine and Stone Temple Pilots, Alice in Chains and Soundgarden to new few amazing bands. This album closes the golden decade of grunge while it is far from this genre. All boro kings from 94 is also great but Amped is simply better. Can't stop listening to it recently

TT2 and Solitaire are great match for classical music, adding Envy speed and perfect volume control that can rival with the one build into TT2 or other Rob Watts dacs. Have been listening to it on R2R dac (Rockna WaveLight) on speaker setup and it has been sublime experience. According to NativeDSD site this one has been recorded live while Sir Simon Rattle conducted from memory - quite amazing achievement.
