Bought this January and received on the 18th, used for a bit over a month and switched to Holo Spring 2, sat in a closet for past few weeks. No issues with functions tested with coax and USB.

Comes with stock accessories: power cord and remote that also works as a fridge magnet, bring your own optical/usb/coax cable there wasn't one included
