The cable, connections and actual IEMs are all VG to excellent, both in terms of function and appearance but not like new due to the tips not being original. I'm including s-m-l tips plus a set of medium foam tips so you can use them immediately. Great IEM that I just wanted to hear. I have a few IEMs that cost multiples of this (S8, EE Spartan, Perfect seal PS6 etc.) and these were never intended to replace those.
