I have it on the linear PSU that feeds my streamer/DAC. Can't connect it to a digital source in another way. But will check as soon I get another DAC. Though, the streamer draws not more than 5V/2.5A, or so.

Did he mention which Valhalla he used? There is different versions which have different core number. Seems he might have used the low core version, judging by the price.
