The output impedance on the Schiit Folkvangr OTL is similarly low: Schiit managed to get it down to 7 ohms without using the impedance multiplier, so I think it's reasonable xDuoo was able to get it to 5.3 Ω, but they could be using a similar technique to the multiplier in Folkvangr.

I'm very impressed that in switching from a PCB to point-to-point wiring going from the TA-26 to the TA-66, the price has gone down. If the sound benefits from the new design and construction, this could be a fantastic deal for an OTL.

MJ3 is my favorite amp with the Empyrean OG. I've only demoed the Empy II off the Ferrum Oor, but given my own impressions of the Oor compared to MJ3 I would guess it's an equally good pairing. I just sold off my Oor/Hypsos stack because I felt like MJ3 in low gain push-pull mode sounded better...
