That is surprising. Mine makes my Susvara hit within a few hairs of my Mass Kobo-465. I do not remember when I first got it as it now has hundreds of hours on it. Oh, do you have it in Low Z?

I have also left it on for many days with no issue if you want to try that route as well.

I turn mine off when not in use as I have found it sounds great quickly. I also leave on while listening or changing amps, etc and shut off for the evening.

What is different in the Sony MDR-R10’s that makes one bass heavy and one bass light?

I have used both with Traillii, not that I was actually comparing. I also left the Bliss in Low Z as was using HPs and like the sound with Traillii that way.

Please also try the XLR output using an XLR to 4.4mm adapter. I use one by DDHIFI from amazon.

I like that stack as well. Expensive! Now try this stack at 1/3 the amount ( under $10k) and potentially be further stunned! By the way, if you are doing really well, HRA makes a dedicated stand for the Lina Stack: I don’t think my desk can even hold the stand!

My 2 cents would be to definitely get the upgraded JPS cable for the 1266 if it does not come with it. Anytime I have heard the 1266 without that cable in it while attached to the WA33 I was not as wowed by them. Good luck, this will be a great system.
