Mark Levinson № 5909 headphone
The crackling is when you have the headphone paired with more than one device. Unpair form all but one device at a time to stop this.- J Mirra

Mark Levinson № 5909 headphone
Had these about two weeks now. I have loved ANC for over a year now. It is like a get away from all external noises and so relaxing. I was really happy when I found that the ANC on the 5909 is great for my usage at home. I really like the sound stage where it is pushed out and to the sides. Best...- J Mirra

Niimbus Ultimate Series US4/US4+/US5/US5 Pro Headphone Amps - by Lake People
I know it works for the reed build up when using the remote to turn the volume up and down on the pro. Not sure how it would work on the non pro versions. The connection is important. I have always done this with pots on amps and faders on DJ mixers to stop crackles and bad connections.- J Mirra

Bad design that wow. I always give mine a psychical turn around the 9 to 12 o'clock area as that is where the noise build up tends to be (where I use the vol the most using the remote) Luckily its not been an issue for me yet.- J Mirra

Sorry for the late reply. Turning the knob round tightens the cable until it comes away? Or is it solder joints elsewhere?- J Mirra

With no music on or headphones connected turn the volume up and down quickly from min to max about 10 times. This will clear the build up of whatever is causing it. This will sort it for sometime then when you notice it start again do the same.- J Mirra

Introducing MOMENTUM 4 Wireless
Sound wise the best bluetooth headphone I have. ANC when working is up there with the best. When its not working correctly is one of the worst. I know FW can introduce bugs its the nature of the beast. I just hope they can figure this one out.- J Mirra

Introducing MOMENTUM 4 Wireless
Today I was using them with ANC on full (after a toggle) Later that listening session I hear the Ding sample like i was making a change. ANC turned itself off with no input from myself by touch or by the app.- J Mirra

Introducing MOMENTUM 4 Wireless
Sorry I didn't read the thread before hand or I wouldn't of posted this bug again. I bought them in a whim because of the low price. It's the limited edition pair. I already have the XM5, APM, Bose QC Ultra for ANC duties. My room is quiet to start with, its to block out day to day noises and my...- J Mirra

Introducing MOMENTUM 4 Wireless
Hi, I just got these in the Amazon black Friday deals. They sound really nice, very happy. I have found a bug with ANC FW 2.13.28 HW ver 4 Android MIUI 14.0.8 Smart Control - to change the settings. When I was trying the ANC last night I noticed that I could hear my heating unit when I had the...- J Mirra

Holo Audio Bliss
I have both and they are both very good. The Bliss is nudging its way in front because the high Z is giving my HD800 slightly more bass and punch. There is something about the 800 I can not shake, they are my favorites. Niimbus is a more out in front of me presentation, the Bliss is out in front...- J Mirra

Meze Audio 109 Pro
For my preferences they are an fantastic headphone with a great tonality. I think they punch well above their asking price. I tried them from my laptop for a quick check of some tracks using its internal DAC, it sounded harsh. These headphones even though they don not need much power to drive...- J Mirra

Yes turn the volume pot quite quickly with no music on around especaily around the volume you are hearing this. Do this about 8 to 10 times then lower the volume play the music and use the remote again to test. It should be gone. To me there is a build up of something in the reed-relay...- J Mirra

If you use the volume pot by hand it doesn't seem to happen. It happens when you just use the remote. So the slow turning of the remote doesnt remove whatever the build up is but a hand that moves faster does.- J Mirra
