Schiit Mjolnir 3 - Impressions Thread
I had some light sibilance on mine when it was new. It disappeared after a couple of weeks on its own. :beerchug: JC- JohnnyCanuck

Sounds like you should be living in the mountains. You must be running around in circles in Texas. :beerchug: JC- JohnnyCanuck

I tend to think that no two rooms are exactly alike. Each must be evaluated for its requirements. :beerchug: JC- JohnnyCanuck

That's the kind of question that if you have to ask it you definitely shouldn't be doing it. :beerchug: JC- JohnnyCanuck

If you were to be described in one word I'm sure that word must be 'humble'. :beerchug: JC- JohnnyCanuck

I use it as a preamp into either my OG Aegir or OG Vidar. They're both driving speakers, though. I think that the MJ3 makes a fine preamp. With the right music it can create a HUGE soundstage, even with my favourite FM station as the source. As usual, YMMV. :beerchug: JC- JohnnyCanuck

+1 for this. I've been playing with room treatment for a few months now and can confirm that reducing the 'room noise' does indeed reduce distortion and allows increased volume levels. Little things like window coverings make a large difference. :beerchug: JC- JohnnyCanuck

Here's my recommendation for Eric Clapton fans. Acoustic. I don't stream audio so you'll have to find your own streaming info if needed. The Lady In The Balcony: Lockdown Sessions (Live). Enjoy, JC- JohnnyCanuck

I bought my Gumby within days of its release (Aug 20, 2015). Its serial number begins with C06, It is multibit, not AKM DS. :beerchug: JC- JohnnyCanuck
