Last night my wife sucked up my soundmagic pl50's with the vacuum. They were totally destroyed. She also ruined a pair of cheaper griffin buds at the same time. Sucks. Just wanted to share. what to buy now?!?!? Another soundmagic pl50? I was enjoying these but could try something else.

I bought some Sony Hybrid tips which fit and sound nice. I still would prefer a foam tip over silicon though. I also just tried modding a pair of comply tips. I took the smallest sony hybrids and cut out the rubber insert piece which fits perfectly into the comply tip and then fits...

I had a chance to compare the PL50s to the Ultimate Ears super.fi 4 vi The UE were sounding way better at lower volumes. I really had to crank the volume to match the output of the UE4. Other then that, both two very different sounding in-ears. Not sure I could say one is totally better...

I am enjoying the soundmagic PL50's lately.

I just got my pl50's. Anyways... My first impressions of these phones are not that exciting... I dunno. I was expecting something more but I'm certainly not blown away. Maybe I'm missing something. I need to give them a more thorough listen. I took them for a run and they stayed on nicely...

Need to pick up a hands free solution for my iphone with a new law coming into effect in Canada. Was thinking a pair of the MP21's new from soundmagic as I'm not a huge fan of bluetooth ear pieces. Anyone try this set from soundmagic or have any other suggestions?

mehhhh just cant pull the trigger on the clip. Been looking , saw the 1gigs locally cheap but its kinda ugly whereas at the past gen shuffle still looks pretty cool. Been an apple boy for way too long....hard to break away.
