does update will solve the problem?

I tried to use it on my pc at the office and there are still hissing, I tried it on my co-worker's pc and surprisingly it doesn't have hissing..

there is hissing in my unit when I use 4.4mm Balanced but on 3.5mm there is none I tried to use it on my phone and there is no hissing but you need to nake the DAC in a steady position, any movement will cause the hissing to trigger
