    They are mono balanced output. 1 is Left and 2 is right. 3 is left and 4 is right. Just Link them in the console view. You can connect your studio monitor in them and hear it for yourself. Make sure to lower the output in the software before plugin them or it will be EXTREMELY LOUD;

    No, they are not stereo outputs because they're TRS, they're Balanced because they are TRS. A TRS connection is not necessarily a stereo connection. A TRS (Tip-Ring-Sleeve) connection can indeed carry stereo audio, but it's not necessarily stereo by default. The reason lies in how the...

    You'd use Line Out 1+2 to L30ii Input L+R. So you'll need 2 cables that go TS Male to RCA Male. The rest would stay connected as is. You'll be switching between your outputs ( monitors or Line Out ) on your antelope. Function Button 1 (top-most) Pressing Function Button 1 cycles through...

    You'd be better off just keeping it plugged as it is right now and use your Line Out from your Antelope to your Headphone amp Input. Adapters are last resources type of devices. I wouldn't mess with that personally.

    For your general knowledge: Left (TS) is unbalanced...............................................................................................Right (TRS) is balanced.

    @Barncore You will need a set (2 cables) of TS Male (No need for TRS if you're going unbalanced anyways) to RCA Male to go from your Antelope into your Headphone amp. Like this : You will then need a set (2 cables) of RCA Male to XLR ( Male or female depending on your monitors input) Like...

    It takes time and practice to train someone’s ears. Good thing is that, nowadays, there’s many resources, available online, to help you train your ears. Some Of them are also free. Here’s a popular one; SoundGym The basic exercises are free but you also have many other domain specific...

    Yeah, that make sense . Just so you know, 3.5w won’t be enough for the HE6 line or the Susvara but you are correct, it would be plenty enough for the rest. I still think all their amp lineup are good so whichever you chose, I think it’ll be great and accomplish what you want to confirm about...

    My thought process over the years have changed from, ''let's get what I think is needed and don't overshoot for extra'' to ''let's get what will overkill what I really need in case I decide to get something else that might require that ''extra'' I'm currently overlooking''. A good example of...

    You very rarely see two separate DACs in audio interfaces. On the Discrete 4 Pro Spec pages, they don't mention seperate DACs. The ones that I'm aware of that have separate DAC are the RME Fireface, Babyface and ADI-2. The later being their Mastering grade DACs.

    I'm not sure I understand your question. As far as I know, there's no AD/DA conversion happening in the L70. It's an amp. I'd only get the amp if I was you.

    That unnatural , metalic sound you are describing is specific to a lot of planars, electromagnetic and ribbon cans. That was also my impression the first time I got them. It took me about a week to get ''used'' to it. It's just a lot faster and sharper then dynamic paper cones and you can hear a...

    I don't think it's worst then any crossover or DSP (think Trinnov for example) you could think of putting in between your DAC monitor output and your monitor input. Personally, I wouldn't be worried. Its a True bypass when you look at the circuit. Now for a 300$ Headphone amp with onboard DSP...

    No DAC. You plug your monitor out to its input and go out of the Headphone amp to your monitors. Whenever you shut the headphone amp off, the signal go out to your monitors and vice versa.
