Custom Grado Cables?
Unfortunately the cable I've been using on my Grados have finally broken. It was a cable purchased from Chris_Himself back in 2011. The cable was Silver Solid Core and had MDPC sleeveing with a Neutrik plug all for $75 shipped. I found the cable quite stiff and because I constantly had it coiled...- NonApplicable

Buying portable or in-ear headphones? Seeking guidance? DON'T START A NEW THREAD. Ask for advice HERE!
Recently broke my Turbine Coppers. I really dig their sound, but I'm looking for added detail and instrument separation. The bass quantity isn't as vital, I'm more content with how the coppers' mids and highs sound. I strictly listen to Metal music using my unamped Zune. Thanks everybody!- NonApplicable

Cowon BBE, BBE+ good sound quality. Is it a Myth?
After reading this thread I am still confused. EQ aside, is the BBE setting useful for expensive headphones/buds? If I'm trying to get the closest representation of the sound, should I be adjusting these settings? Is it just artificially better?- NonApplicable

I'm looking to dye them to match the aesthetic look I've got going. I was hoping to dye them grey but that is looking more and more unlikely =(- NonApplicable

Dyeing Black Grado Pads?
I've tried bleach on shoe polish foam(same material as the pads) and the foam disintegrated. Any ideas? I really am at a loss on how to bleach these babies.- NonApplicable

^ Maybe it's a "grass is always greener" thing. I'm curious if anyone has dyed pads. I imagine if I bleach black it will turn whitish(maybe?).- NonApplicable
