Hi, I had this issue. I've made a mistake and updated only headset (because after update it paired with the dongle). I solve the problem by updating also the dongle. Possibly I also reset to factory settings, I'm not sure.

I have one issue. Connected to xbox and phone (bt). After receiving a phone call mic is not switching back to xbox. I have to restart the headset to make it (mic) work again with xbox. Any thoughts?

Xbox version here. Strange one that I had to repair my dongle today - am using it only with xbox and today it didn't want to connect. I read that on PC when connected with A dongle and in the same time with the phone on BT Maxwell switch sound from a dongle (pc) to the phone when notifications...

I still like battery life and sound quality overall. It is just about lack of test before new soft releasing. And this is a suggestion I'd more appreciate than yours. Should be easy to fix. It is more about add +1 to all similar complains just to let Audeze notice the problem and/or at least...

(if your dongle is already paired to your headset, you'll have to power your headset OFF before the button will show) Why pair all together again when both are already paired? Does it change anything?

Nah, nonsense, these are gaming headset and due to to low sidetone I feel uncomfortable because I can't hear myself loud enough :/ @Audeze please give possibility to upload previous soft, to me it was better.

Super hearing is back with build-in mic :) I want it back also to boom mic. I barely can hear myself.

Totally agree. As I mentioned above, before I was able to hear everything in my house, now looks like you're right. Doesn't bother me thought, just set side tone to 85% ;)

Just have updated my Maxwell Xbox version. What I noticed immediately is...different white noise when side tone is on. Previously was more delicate to me, maybe I need to get used to it. But..on previous firmware side tone was collecting all sounds from my whole house and I mean it, from the...

Sadly it does not.

I'd like to have this feature on Xbox ;)
