I tried that a little but was worried about being too heavy handed and damaging the cable. They’re much easier to store though too with detachable cables 👌🏻- Scooter64

I couldn’t live the cable as it was on my 325x’s…..it was much too rigid for my liking, as a fixed cable mind. So I got them mod’ed so they are now detachable, but still using the stock cable. Now I haven’t got it trying to pull the cans away from ears because I can twist the connectors for the...- Scooter64

Thank you for a comprehensive response - that’s really useful and gives me the confidence I have done it right. I did do it with the unit off, and it had been overnight. New LD MKIII user here so please bear with me if this has already been covered…….theres a huge number of pages here to digest. I’m moving the jumpers to change EF91 tubes to EF95.
