Our first ever planar magnetic can, VENUS is up for pre order
I'm tempted, but your post brought me back to reality. Getting these in the hands of a few credible reviewers to attest to the technology would provide potential customers a point of reference.- TC44

Sabaj A20h Balanced Headphone Amplifier
Just received the A20d/A20h combo and initial impression is very positive. The Dac and headphone amp are deeply discounted from the original price providing some nice hardware for the price. The display is rudimentary but functional and easy to navigate after the initial setup using the manual...- TC44

The Beyerdynamic DT880 Discussion thread
Purchased a DT880 Premium, 250 ohm version back in 2006 and it was my first dip into higher end headphones, of course it opened the door to our hobby. I mostly tried being as frugile as possible as I know cost can add up quickly so mostly used or discounted items. I instantly loved the DT880...- TC44

Knowledge Zenith (KZ) impressions thread
If you're getting a shock from your IEMs it's not due to the cable. Does this happen when your iDSD Nano is being charged? If so, your power supply may be passing AC.- TC44

Sabaj D5: the DAC that is unquestionably a digital to analog converter
I acquired a Sabaj D5 about 3 months ago and very happy with it. Came with the latest firmware and have had zero issues. Use both the USB and optical inputs and have used the RCA outputs to a tube hybrid amp. Very nice build and love that it's an integrated dac/amp with built-in power supply...- TC44

Knowledge Zenith (KZ) impressions thread
Recently acquired a pair of KZ ZXS, my first KZ product. Purchased a Tripowin balanced cable to use with my ES100. Really enjoying these and been using daily. Very surprised what under $100 can get you nowadays. Trying not to get caught up with side grade or upgrade as I read about other IEM...- TC44

Es100 and he4xx. Balanced 2.5 cable needed?
Hi, try the link below. Hopefully you can find it on Amazon EU. You can use any dual 3.5mm to 2.5mm TRRS balanced cable. I see the he-4xx uses a 3.5mm dual ring connector not sure if it's compatible with the 3.5mm single ring connectors used by Meze, but they have nice balanced cable as well...- TC44

Es100 and he4xx. Balanced 2.5 cable needed?
Hi, I recently purchased a balanced cable for my Monolith M570 planar headphone to ES100. The M570 seem much livelier with better dynamics and impact at normal listening levels on the balanced output. The He4xx and M570 have similiar specs with the M570 being 3db more efficient. ES100...- TC44

NEW Monolith M570 Over Ear Open Back Planar Headphone
I ran the frequency sweep test and heard the same anomaly as you did. I don't game in them so cannot share the experience, but have been using them for music the last two months and really been enjoying them...no echo or tubey sound with music. I am also interested in what other M570 owners...- TC44
