Worth mentioning perhaps is that the M0 Pro own 3.5mm balanced output is designed in the way that it can be used with 3.5mm unbalanced cable. The 3.5-4.4 adapter is meant strictly for connecting to 4.4mm balanced cables.

@RickInHouston how is LDAC HQ connection stability with Go Pod? Official claim is that the source requires Snapdragon Sound support for that to work.

What I mean is, if it's a compatibility issue then switching to another unit might not help. Having said that I’ve never had any issues with my w11 laptop.

I’d recommend trying with several sources first. (HiRes) connection stability is very source-dependent, Snapdragon Sound greatly improves it, or if missing try different quality settings.

@iFi audio worth notifying your peers perhaps that, unless Ifi Audio is radically changing its line of business, FB page was taken over last night.

It means they haven’t paired with each other yet. Take them out of the box, put close to each other, eventually they’ll go into pairing mode themselves.

Ifi-gaia app version should be 1.2.7 and you need to be on the latest FW of course to disable touch.

Not challenging the concept in the least bit, just - 1. The full set of even those basic settings is available on just one mobile platform out of the two mainstream ones. iOS users are limited to an app version released more than a year ago and by the looks of it not receiving any further...

There’s nothing preventing Ifi giving current iteration at least a decent app support with controls configuration. All down to priorities and team capabilities.
