For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Back to good old Soundgarden Rockna WLS > Poly + Mojo 2 > Meze Advar Honestly speaking I still prefer ifi micro iDSD Signature pairing with Meze IEMs than with Mojo 2 but I wanted to finally exploit Poly a bit since it works with Roon. Focal Stellias with Mojo 2 are great pairing BTW...

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

M-Scaler > TT2 > Envy Performance Edition > T+A Solitaire P-SE The Envy control of bass makes you wonder on the first track of the album: do I prefer trumpet or drums more? At the end you just marvel at the music while relaxing by watching light glow from Envy tubes :)

iFi audio Pro iDSD Signature and Pro iCAN Signature - The Pro range just got better!

@Nooborghini it is a shame indeed but treat it as lesson learned the hardway, I did the same with Zen Stream and the conclusion is simple: never buy any streamer from ifi and be very careful with TOTL products too if they are not delivered with promised functionality out-of-the-box on the...

    Rockna Wavelight

@ThanatosVI indeed just like other promised features incl. CD ripping for example.

    Rockna Wavelight

For those who are wondering and still fiddle with their Rockna WaveLight and Rockna WaveLight Server via I2S settings here is my preferred configuration (after months of careful listening tests) mostly for Jazz and classical music. For rock, alternative, grunge nothing beats NOS without...

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Still needs to listen to latest album, in the meantime... M-Scaler > TT2 > Audeze MM-500 - enjoying Audeze fun tuning with a bit of "dirty" and dark sound. With TT2 directly those cans can really shine, no additional amp is needed unless you are looking for tube goodness ;)

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

After KALEO... it is time for this evening album :) I do wish to have it on CD instead of streaming... M-Scaler > TT2 > Solitaire P-SE (I really need to listen to this album on Envy)

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Catching up with latest releases... M-Scaler > TT2 > Solitaire P-SE (in a preparation for a different album)

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

M-Scaler > TT2 > T+A Solitaire P-SE I know, I know... I should be listening to the original CD and I will do it in the evening on speaker setup. Meze cans would also be a brilliant choice for this record.

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Fresh single purchase: M-Scaler > TT2 > T+A Solitaire P-SE Both TT2 and T+A are made for this type of music. The detail level is amazing but not overwhelming (we own this partially to the track itself IMO) and when the track finishes you wish it was longer. Worth listening with detailed and...

iFi audio iDSD Signature - The saga continues!

If I remember correctly the GTO filter is quite similar to MQA filter. I've been using it for some time with some of ifi dacs. With Signature I've stayed with 7.4.

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Thanks to @Singaravelan for sharing this brilliant album. Decided to go for some "solid state" listening session with more enjoyable cans. Still this album will sound great with proper tube amp too :) M-Scaler > TT2 >Audeze MM-500

Hugo M Scaler by Chord Electronics - The Official Thread

@Reactcore indeed it is, and while Chord is not the best at DSD reproduction it still sounds great, however you are correct that PCM version would be better. The redbook version would show upsampling potential.

Exploiting TT2 details with Envy dynamics and sound stage. The results = life like (with proper headphones) experience of brilliant Tsuyoshi Yamamoto Trio concert :) IMHO one of must have albums for every Tsuyoshi Yamamoto fan, this is one of the albums I am constantly coming back. M-Scaler...

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Back at home with my bigger setup :) Found this amazing album thanks to M-Scaler thread here on headfi. Strongly recommend for all jazz fans. Chord M-Scaler > TT2 > Envy Performance > T+A Solitaire P-SE The T+A Solitaire P-SE are truly amazing and still my favourite cans with Envy. What...

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Very few tracks have so true and touching lyrics going together with music. "Too sweet" is one of them however don't just listen to that single track, the whole EP is brilliant in its own way. A bit of cheating since still on Meze Advars but with another Signature settings: ifi micro iDSD...

Chord Electronics ☆ Poly ☆ (wireless & microSD module for Mojo) ☆★►USEFUL INFO on 1st PAGE!!◄★☆

@nicolas7 not only that, as I've come to conclusion that Poly has been optimised for using Roon exclusively, you theoretically need to carry Roon core with you along the way ;) Quite complicated and uncomfortable IMHO ;)

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

One of my favourites album of recent years. ifi micro iDSD Signature > Meze Advars Adavars (much like any other Meze cans I have heard so far) are always painting their own picture out of music you play, and while you sacrifice a bits of neutrality and transparency I do love Meze tuning so...

Chord Electronics ☆ Poly ☆ (wireless & microSD module for Mojo) ☆★►USEFUL INFO on 1st PAGE!!◄★☆

@trickyRoadsDummyTOOL can't comment on Mojo 2 but on Mojo OG USB port got wobbly after sometime and I highly doubt it went through all 10k plug/unplug cycles. Just my 2 cents. This is probably part of the reason why I keep Poly connected to Mojo 2 most of the time, another is that at home I have...

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Thanks @Lindholdt I've discovered this great album: ifi micro iDSD Signature > Focal Stellia (wish Audeze MM-500 were easier in transportation, since this is really fun album and would definitively exploit more relaxed MM-500 tuning, however Stellias dynamics is also welcomed here).

Chord Electronics ☆ Poly ☆ (wireless & microSD module for Mojo) ☆★►USEFUL INFO on 1st PAGE!!◄★☆

@rwelles but since you can not turn Poly off it still drains its battery just without eating up Mojo/Mojo 2 internal battery; constant plugging/unplugging isn't great for connectors lifetime either I suppose.

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

@Singaravelan so you have a single full size headphones that are upgraded legend and landmark that almost everyone has been doing comparision against with all other cans plus collection of IEMs that also count as headphones so you are more than good to go and post some more here mate :)
