    Echo Mia level settings

Just bought a used older Echo Mia (no MIDI) for my Win XP computer. I'm wondering if any other owners of this card have any suggestions on the best level settings to use. I'm using the Analog output to my old Scott tube amp. Here's a screen capture of my current settings; any tips or suggestions...

MPIO FL 100 internal memory storage

Does anyone have an idea how many mp3's the internal memory of a MPIO FL 100 can hold (256 mb)? I would assume that it would only hold 20 or so 5 minute long 128 mp3 songs. However, an friend of mine who bought this player, was told that without an internal card that it will hold 1000 songs.

Please recommend a clear top coat spray for AT A900 cups

Please recommend a clear topcoat spray that I can use on my AT A900 cups. I've already found a couple of scratches on the ionized blue finish on the alumnium cups. I want to protect them from anymore damage. I would assume that the automotive clear coat you can buy at Autozone would do the job...

Where can I buy a worm gear assembly online?

Where can I buy a worm gear assembly online? I've been building a painting easel, and I need a couple of affordable worm gear assemblies so that I can raise and lower the easel when I paint. Art supply stores love to sell expensive easels, but they don't sell parts. I should add that I've hunted...

Does anyone have info on these old beyer DT-440 phones?

Does anyone have info on these old beyer DT-440 phones? I just won them on ebay for $7.50, and so far aside from knowing that they're 600 ohm phones, I know little else about them. The basic design is very close to the 770's, 880's, etc. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...ME:B:EOAB:US:6

Beyerdynamic DT770 PRO, are you a fan?

I just bought a DT770 PRO from a dude on ebay, and it should arrive in a week or so. I've been curious about it, since I am a fan of basshead phones like the CD3000 and A900, and I have read that the DT770 PRO does 'outbass' the A900. So as owners or former owners, how do you feel about these...

Does anybody own both the AKG and Senn Zu Mobius?

If so, I'm wondering if both cables are the same thickness? Or is one cable thicker than the other? I own the AKG version, and I may buy a Senn cable for a DIY project if it's thicker.

AT A900 with Zu Cable AKG Mobius cable

I knew the moment I bought a A900, that I would end up adding a mini-XLR connector so I could use a Zu Mobius cable. I wanted to replace all of the internal wiring with B3 wire, however Zu wouldn't sell it to me. I ended using 4 strands of 30 guage litz wire. Benefits: Bass is deeper, more...

Would AT W2002 replacement pads fit A900 or A1000 phones?

I recently read about how Head-Fi'er JML replaced his Audio-Technica W100 pads with W2002 pads at the Audio Cubes website. His original post is here: http://www5.head-fi.org/forums/showt...threadid=11975 My question is simply, would the W2002 pads fit on other AT models, like the A900 or A1000...

    Which one should I buy? Audio-Technica ATH-A900 or ATH-A9X?

I want to buy a mid-level Audio-Technica headphone that fits my current budget ($200). I would prefer closed headphones, and I've narrowed it down to the A900 and the A9X headphones. However, I would consider going with some of the newer open AT headphones in the same price range if they sounded...
