Should I get my Westone E3X's rebuilt or buy new CIEM's?
I've been using my E3X's for 14 years and they have served me well. I'm a church musician who plays sax and flute but for the past 5 years have migrated to mainly playing bass. My left ear drivers are no longer working properly and need the whole thing rebuilt. I know technology keeps moving...- Novaman

Westone ES3X Appreciation Thread
You guys are making me antsy again. I really want mine to be done right from the start. I'm planning to use them on a gig in Mid May, and the sound Techs are already chomping at the bit as I'll be the first one bringing in the Westone ES3X to play. Everyone else there uses the Shure scl5's or...- Novaman

Westone ES3X Appreciation Thread
OK, this talk of problems is making me nervous as I just put in my order for a pair. Please tell me that these are isolated incidences and that the quality you get is certainly at the level you would expect for the money you pay- Novaman

Are my ear impressions too old?
I did a search and read that after 2 weeks they start to distort. But I've also heard they are ok up to 6 months. Mine are a month old. Do you think they are OK?- Novaman

IEM's for stage performance
I'm looking at custom IEM's for playing on stage. I've been using stock shure SCL5's but find them slipping during the set. I got some custom sleeves made for them but the sleeves make the whole thing pretty bulky out the ear. What would you guys recommend in the various price ranges? Are there...- Novaman

Flute/Sax player Looking at IEM's
I'm new here and I am looking for advice. I currently play at a mega church and they are encouraging the musicians to try in ears so they can eliminate floor wedges. I've been looking at UE's, Westone, Sleek Audio, Livewires, and Alien Ears. So what do you think would be best for me for...- Novaman
