are you referring to the nozzle where the filters go in that then connect to the ear sleve and go in to the main unit ? if so that nozzle is for sale from shure- i jsut bought one for 28 + 9 shipping

i seem to have lost the part as shown in this pic- https://photos.app.goo.gl/68p1Zr5zd7h4vxwKA - the silver part that holds the filters and connects it to the actual earbud. Where can i buy a replacement or do i get one from shure somehow ? Anyone know the cost of it ? Thanks !!!

I'm having trouble getting the filters to properly stay in place with the foam tips. is it because i have the wrong foam tips ? Are there any suggestions to how to make sure the filters stay in place and don't slide out? Not sure what exactly i'm doing wrong....

DOH. as least i can just put another comply tip on- i was thinking that was part of the headphone. Easy fix, thanks.

two questions.... one - the comply foam tip got stuck to the inner rubber part (not the nozzle - and I can't get it off..any suggestions on how to remove it? its like its glued on- I tried putting it in the freezer no luck. Does anyone know how to order replacement filters? Right now I only...

so the connector part on my ear bud has become damaged/loose like it did on my old triple fi 10s...is this repairable at all? they stay in , but, the cable falls out when i remove them from my ear....is this easily fixable or no?

wow, after listening to these a lot more over the weekend, i'm really happy with the purchase. isolation has been great. out of the headphones i've owned, i'd say they 'd be most similar to the CE6Ps or Dunu 2000s, but way above that level. They're much more bass heavier ,  but only one track...

Sooo i've been using the FLC8S, and the cosmic ears CE6P , but those broke on me. Looking for a reliable , bass heavy preferably, nothing too neutral IEM (not a fan of westones) i've previously had shure 535, and triple fi 10s.   any suggestions? will be used heavily on public transit.  ...

thanks ! i have the FLC8S right now , how do these compare? anyone have any ideas?  FLC8 is kinda uninspiring to me right now, i also have the cosmic CE6Ps but they broke in a fall, and may or may not get them fixed....again...

how's the isolation on the lyra IIs ?   Would it be good enough for commuting on public transit?

has anyone made a video showing how to replace the filters on these? I bought these about 2-3 months ago, use them daily, but haven't had a chance to replace the filters yet....is it easy to do?
