I use my OG Jot with my A2 gungnir with great success. The Jot serves as a complete preamp/amp controller for my entire system. :smiling_imp::thinking:

All of them! OG Asgard/Valhalla/Lyr/MB Bifrost/MB Gungnir/Jotunheim/Mjolnir. All up and running just fine.

Agreed. I can't imagine where a $10.00 DAC board (I'm guessing on the price) can compete in any way with the likes of a celebrated $2400 dedicated DAC. My HA-1 was transformed into something very special when I connected my Gungnir DAC to it's balanced inputs. I think more folks should...

If the serial number starts with a "B" it's got a 'A2' analog board. The change to the new revised board occurred October 2017. cheers

Yes. At least they were last year. They are honoring all warranties and out of warranty service. Better check their web site for sure.

Ditto. If your pm3 start to shed, just get in contact with Oppo service and for $99.00 they will replace the head band and ear cups. My3's look brand new. My PM1's on the other hand still look like new after 5 years.

I used the USB plug on the HA-1 face plate. It's only active when the amp is on soooo when you turn the HA-1 off, the fan shuts down as well.

Buy a silent cooling fan and just put it exhaust up on the grill. Yes, looks very weird but it works and no noise. EDIT: This is the fan I bought at amazon. AC Infinity 140mm cooling fan. It's a tad big so maybe the 120mm would be a better fit for the HA-1.

Wow, those are awful distortion spec's aren't they? I've had a valhalla 1 for almost 10 years (my first schiit purchase) and my senn hd600/650/800 sound good out of the it, i think:thinking: I don't think I would have bought the amp if I'd seen those spec's instead of the original spec's.

You know how it is when your cans are no longer FOTM. My PM1s have had extended down time until I bought a new dac. Schiit Audio's Multi-Bit Gungnir. If anyone says that the pm-1s do not scale well haven't heard them with this dac. Actually all my headphones have gotten re-listening duty...
