Looking for the smallest device to amplify an analog signal. Something that looks like this but dirt cheap Any suggestions?

Is there a DAP or smartphone on the market that can do digital output (USB/SPDIF) and analog output (from a headphone jack) simultaneously? What about Bluetooth and analog output simultaneously? Thanks
