It is, but I'm not in the US, so I needed it to be set to 230v

Maybe it's not snatched into place, as it's a bit recessed. I'll take a look at it tomorrow to see if I can fix it myself (I already removed the cover when it arrived in order to switch the voltage)

That's surprising. It contradicts their compatibility information here http://www.senncom.com/compatibility (which lists the LG G2 as compatible, but I suppose the G2 and G3 are compatible)
