For those who use the 3.5mm grounding (eg Crystal EP http://kojo-seiko.co.jp/products/crystalep.html), do take note the new firmware 1.30 will cause it not to function. @JasonNYC is this a bug? At v1.20, I can plug in the grounding at 3.5mm followed by the 4.4mm with no problem.

Asian languages are only available on CN firmware players. I believe yours is with CM firmware for US/Europe region.

Which glass protector did you purchase? I could not find one to fit well due to the screen of the RS8 is not fully flat.

I doubt it is possible since there is no ROM storage in the device unlike a DAP.

Is the SR35 connected to the 5ghz network? Is your SSID named the same for both 5ghz and 2.4ghz? There were previous problems of AK players that did not like the same named network and have connection problems.

Download later versions from apkpure and you can install it yourself without depending on the update from AK.

I think if you have set it on the other filter (not default), you get background noise in DSD. I had done it once unknowingly and thought that there was a problem with my player until I switched it back to default.

The region firmware is not able to be downloaded and I think AK does not allow you to switch between CN or CM. If you wish to have the correct region version with language support, you need to purchase it from start.
