Just reinstalled the latest (Version 0.9716) of the RME MADIface usb driver. Now sample rate switching in the Qobuz app seems to work ... I also almost "passed" the bit perfect test in foobar. Everything's fine except the 32bit- cazone

Hi! Thanks for the support. I have the RME for two days now. I use it with the qobuz app. On a win 10 laptop. I think since I did the firmware update to v34 the samplerate is not switching automatically anymore. Installed the drivers. And de installed them again. I use wasapi exclusive...- cazone

Why is it hard to find standalone dacs, as opposed to DAC/AMPs?
The other way around... I was just asking myself lately, why is it that there is a DAC in every device today? You want a streamer, server, you get a DAC. You buy an amplifier, you get a DAC. Even turntables have DACs today... :beyersmile:- cazone

I just checked if the AP80 was capable of scanning my files on a 256go SanDisk card. On the DSD file, same hiss with the AP80 used as a transport and the mojo as a dac.- cazone

I have a 128Go Samsung card and the 256Go SanDisk. The Samsung scans fine. The 256Go SanDisk freezes at approx. 5000 files (of 7300). Hey @Hidizs Hk the AP80 is really a great little player! Sound is superb, form factor is great. Don't let yourself down. Fix the Firmware !- cazone
