Hello, I am finding headset for PS5 gaming for my nephew, but I have no idea about this sector. Do you have any recommendation for a good sounding headset with good comfort? Let's say around 100€? Thanks- malenak

What is the headphone that you will keep forever and never sell?
After more than a year of owning, I think that Meze 109 Pro are one the best piece I have ever owned. I probably like them more than Empyrean, which are amazing. And I bought HE6se V2 again after selling them, so these seems like a keeper for me as well.- malenak

Meze Audio 109 Pro
I played Cyberpunk with them, too. Also Horizon Zero Dawn. And I agree, mind blowing. The big pro here is, they can easily be driven by Dualshock.- malenak

HiFiMAN EF400 DAC/Amp
I had this problem with two EF400 units. But I found out it is problem for with 44.1 kHz bitrate. When I was using HQplayer upscaler or Roon upscaling, it was ok. But any other 44.1 kHz source (including Youtube, Netflix, etc.) was problematic in my system. But, Hifiman have a great support...- malenak

Schiit Happened: The Story of the World's Most Improbable Start-Up
I would like to know how Mjolnir 3 perform with power demanding pieces like HE6se V2 or Susvara. Any owner here with these? How does Mjolnir 3 differs from Jot 2 or Lyr 3 soundwise? I was waiting for Mjolnir 3 and now it is only 110V. Meh...- malenak

Meze Audio 109 Pro
Yes, I do have a same experience with their improvement over the time of burn-in. Actually after the purchase I prefered Hifiman Edition XS over 109 Pro. After a few months I prefer 109 Pro with really better sound quality which was not obvious at the start. From the start 109 Prro sounded...- malenak

HE6se V2 are amazing headphones. I can't count the number of times I've been blown away while listening to them. Especially considering their price tag. I regret selling them. I had a flawless piece.- malenak

Looking for portable headamp for Playstation Dualsense
Actually I am using 109 Pro right from the Dualsense and the output quality from it is much better than the sound quality of the headphone output from my Cambridge CXA80. That headphone output is really rubbish. o I am using output from Dualsense for 109 Pro and I like it and I don't feel any...- malenak

Which components do you regret selling?
I actually stopped to find the holly grail of headphones. I just change the way how I enjoy this hobby. I really enjoy the time, when I have something new and I am listening to it for the first days. Then, after a few weeks I become used to it and then I always start to find, what next to try... -
Looking for portable headamp for Playstation Dualsense
I would like to kindly ask you for advice for portable headphone amp for gaming. My idea is to use 3,5mm out of the Dualsense gamepad to headamp. Dualsense is ok for something like 109 Pro which are very efficient headphones, but it is not enough for my planars (Empyrean, Edition XS). So here I...- malenak
