Was the shipment sent direct then you’d get confirmation. If to a dealer then it wouldn’t notify you. I would reach out again, we had some really bad weather and there was a couple days this week we were closed.

We try to do these replacement though dealer shipments. If the dealer doesn’t have a shipment for a while we try to send it direct. I would imagine we would have gotten them to the dealer by now. Have you inquired with the dealer if they received any replacement sets?

Since there are no drivers close to the canal opening, the mesh is not necessary. It’s one less thing to worry about like clogging with wax. The maintenance is simplified by using vac or cleaning tool in the opening.

Our policy is we replace the snap ring every time we replace the screen. Removing it a couple times won’t make a big difference, pre install yes you can bend them out a little to increase tension. We have a kit we sell to dealers or those that request with some tools and spare screens and rings...

If the snap ring rotates it’s ok. There is a groove that holds it. It won’t come out. Some don’t move, it’s just a tolerance on the snap rings.
