I find this.. sort of dependent on the output tubes, but that sounds about right. For some reason i have a tungsol 6550 3 hole that seems to need longer warm up than other tube.

tubes break in aside (i believe ive read 60 hours), i wonder how long aegis takes to burn in considering the amount of transformers it has. 100 hour? ive been babying it kinda and not really leaving it on for long time haha. sounds are good right out of the gate though thankfully

for rectifier, i see V drop in the tubesheet made by @L0rdGwyn and then the wording is suggesting higher Voltage rectifier for certain low power output tubes such as el84 etc. does this mean using higher Vdrop rectifier with a higher output power tube will make it easier for the output tubes...

THe xf2 and rft both are NOS. The metal base not 100% sure, ive talked to the seller and getting the feeling its just still measures good. He used gm or mutual conductance and said its 7.75..

Fwiw, maybe because of how it handles gain, i tried A/B RCA and XLR and despite the voltage differences from sources, there was no perceiveable volume difference. In short, i found no difference in sound quality nor volume in quick AB. Xlr is gold plated palladium i sourced locally and a copper...

So.. if i am not mistaken i think it is not reccomended (check the user manual) to put bliss on top of spring, and yes bliss gets hot on the underside.
