From the one Gold graph I can find, it has less sub bass, and more 2.5K - 8K than ti.

I have actually never heard any of the other Andromedas😅. Ponderosa remind me of the Gold ti. though. Edit. It has been a while since I borrowed Gold ti, so I never A/B’ed them!

They are not neutral to my ears. Slightly darker with bass boost. 2.5K to 8K is pretty relaxed.

The cable is probably shielded, with the shielding connected only in the source end of the cable. Not sure how good this would work, since the shield must be connected together with signal ground.

This depends heavily on the shape and length of the nozzle, but my favorites are Velvets, Baroque and Spiral Dots FX9, (the older ones). I have many many different tips to test with if problems. Also all Acoustune x07, x08, x70 and variants and copies of these are good to have handy😊

I have the same. Shape of ear canal and the second bend in the ear canal together is what happens to me. I understand it after I got a mold taken for CIEM’s. 😅. Experiment with tips of different types, size and materials.
