Extra soldering on an existing ground wire to a cheap plug doesn't appeal to me to pay $300 more. I close my case. I myself audited the balanced Dita truth and yes the sound does make the AK240 sounds good. But then again I rather pay for something equivalent on value for money like the K10 or...

Theres no change in the number of wires in the cable...still 4 wires.. just at the end of the cable the wires are soldered individually on the trrs plug. 

Your justification for them on the 30%, i.e. 300 dollars premium for an additional short adaptor made with an unknown cable is pretty amazing.   Hope you enjoy the premium balanced Dita.

Was going to plunge in the AK balanced Truth at the show today, but wow.....decided to walk away when i saw the price tag...very disappointed with the huge mark up difference from the normal 3.5mm. Come on its just a 2.5mm trrs plug!

lolz....I had the same situation. I got ripped off by him. Its been almost 4 years and 800USD. No items no replys.  ANd I still dun understand why he still has a lot of customers after all these years.
