I have had a few high end IEMs (W3 IE8 X10 SE530 Triple fi) I sold all of them to fund for customs. However I recently bought a tri fi again coz of the deal, and I have to say it is more than just acceptable at a $100 range. Firstly, there is no 3 drivers IEM in the market even at $200 range...

I never had good experience with the UE custom series cables~the clear one turned completely green and the black one has connection problem~ Westone cable never had a problem so far.

I never bought a headphone thats referbed..but all my reberbed electronics work like new... I think it all depends on how individual manufacture controls quality. companies that has good customer service usually has good quality control too.
