Is the cable standard 2 x 3,5mm (headphone side) or propriety ?

It is a standard 2 x 3.5mm on the headphone end so can be swapped - I did use a longer hifiman one cable I had without problems.

How does it compare to the Hifiman Edition XS?

Instead of saying "Earpads are on the medium size", how about giving us inner measurements in cm: height & width ?

@Syan25 I prefer the sound of Edition XS (specifically the soundstage) - but the FT5 has better build quality and its in a different league as far as the packaging and accessories.

@marekm I will measure both earpads tomorrow and add the result here.

@marekm many apologies for not replying sooner - so I am measuring them as follows:

Suede pads: 64mm x 54mm
Pleather pads: 68mm x 50mm

For comparison I am measuring the Hifiman Sundara pads as:
61mm x 61mm

For me they are just about wide enough
