I like it, plain and simple!

I just can't wax poetically like true writers do. Obviously, if it were a professional full product review, I'd need to cover all the things I don't use it for and add some verse but it's not my style. I really do like it as much as the review indicates. I suspect some look at the iBasso's module system and think they aren't getting their best effort with the 'free' amp. Those folks would be very, very mistaken.

I agree with you about the amps.
Both stock and Amp 8 MKII are great and they perfectly suit different sound profiles and music genres.

How accurate is that shade of green on the unit. I've seen it look a very bright almost jellybean colour to the moss colour in your images which I very much prefer?

my pics are representative. If anything, it's more slightly subdued in the flesh, depending on light.
