I also got to audition the Legacy 2 courtesy of a friend. I would agree with your thoughts too, I personally didn't like vocals with the Legacy 2. They are thinner than what I personally like.

Absolutely agree, life is complicated there`s always something better out there for more money or waiting for next great releases. This unit price/quality is unbelievable. I tend to be a little a bass head and in spite the fact these are definitively not bass heavy I really appreciate the details and composure, but they punch when needed. Plus they fit perfect. No matter what I will get in the future this is a keeper.
