Hey guys! Are you doing good today?

The problem of my IEM  is the part of wire connects to my IEM is broken. Both of the copper-ish pin stuck in the little hole on my right ear side.

So i tried to contact JHAudio and state the problem i have and i want them to reply me so I can mail my JH16 and get it repaired.

Sadly,I emailed them and its been 3 days,no one respond me so I emailed them again today.

Still,no respond at all

I wonders why a company like this would not care about customer at all?I remember that they are really nice guys when i ordered my JH16 and we communicates a lot.

Simply astonishing. Is this company works like this?Buy stuff from them is 100% friendly and when the stuff need to be repaired  they just don't care at all?

My friend is considering to buy an IEM and i was gonna recommend JHAudio, but this kind of thing happens to me and I recommend UE.(i bought one UE11PRO before, their customer service was AMAZING.And its quality is good.)

"comply soft wraps Plus premium IEM upgrade"←anyone have a sample pic for me?

P.S.:Not a native English Speaker so bear with me.

man just be careful with these guys, they serve you with family style when you make a big purchase, after that is nothing.
If you have the money to buy JH16 then I highly recommend you to get UE18PRO or a custom in ear reference monitor
Both are great product and I tried both of them from my neighbor xD

Did you send it to repiars@jhaudio.com?

I would think you might have better luck sending it to repairs@jhaudio.com.

This.

You do not need a response to send in service.

"If your JH Pro Series IEM needs warranty service or repair, please submit this repair form.  Return the product in it's original packaging or a similarlyprotective package with a copy of this repair form.  Please note, we do not recommend USPS for shipments to us."

Call them if you need more though there is absolutely no reason why you should. They pick up the phone.
