I was talking to @Stillhart the other day, about somehow recognizing some of our fellow Head-Fiers for their contributions to the community... and I mentioned that I would love to see some kind of Head-Fier of the Year award.  No such thing exists of course, but I thought it might still be fun to do an informal straw poll to let our favorite Head-Fiers know that we appreciate them.
 
For me, there are so many to choose from.  I love @bearFNF for his undying enthusiasm, @Hansotek for his sense of humor, @AxelCloris for his levelheadedness and fairness, and dozens of others for all they bring to the community.  But this year, one fellow Head-Fier stands out above all others...
 
He's friendly to all, loves helping out whenever he can with his impressions, and his positivity is unmatched as he constantly tries to help others enjoy the hobby as much as he does.  I am, of course, referring to @reddog.     If there were such a thing as a Head-Fier of the Year award, he'd get my vote.
 
How about you guys?  Who would you nominate or vote for?

I actually thought of such an award last year, and @reddog was who I thought of. haha
 
He's such a nice guy. He even let me borrow one of his headphones for weeks.
 
If you're not familiar with "Death By Ragnarok", you missed out on an amazing real life joke involving him frying headphones he didn't like with that amp.

In all seriousness, you are too kind @warrenpchi. I feel fortunate to have made friends with you and all the others you have mentioned above, both on Head-fi and in real life.
 
@reddog is a great guy and has been kind to me since day 1 on Head-fi. I even bought my first set of vintage tubes on his recommendation. He is one of the true gentlemen of Head-fi.

I am honored to be considered for such a title. And I feel there are many who are as helpful as me. Hope everyone has a great thanksgiving.
