IMO, FiiO Q3 goes pretty well with iPhone 15 pro max. Recently on-line ordered LT-TC4 cable to “upgrade” the setup, the packing received is different from the usual box packing. See photo. Is this cable genuine? It does sound better than the stock cable comes with the Fiio Q3.

Yes, it is genuine. They just changed the packaging. Purchased a similar model from their official store on AE. It worked just fine on my Q3.

Right. Brought the Q3 to the office and I use it every now and then if 4.4mm is needed. Q3 is plugged into a Windows 10 laptop.

Yes! I also bought the LC-RE cable to upgrade the FH3 and take advantage of the 4.4mm plug. Together with the Q3, the setup really bring the performance of FH3 to another level.

I gave up on my Q3-MQA. It appears that FiiO has no interest in supporting DSD with the iphone 15 on this device. Really a shame, and this does deter me on future FiiO purchases.

Help! My Fiio Q3 MQA has lost hardware sound playback. I've tried all the software players, but it's the same everywhere. Another phone does not change the situation either. All other functions work as usual, MQA, DSD are played, but all through the phone's mixer. With other DACs, all software players work in hardware playback mode. Resetting the settings did not work((
