Like I said, I'm sure there is a formula they follow for their pricing, and it's completely legitimate. I'm not questioning their price -- I'm encouraging you to inquire with them as their customer to find out what it is you are paying for.

They have shown us to have the utmost integrity, which is why we have allowed them to use our name.

I'm sure the price is legit, it doesn't mean it's not high. I assume you supply the tips to TNS so presumably they come with a RRP. Do you have any plans to release replacement tips into the regular distribution channels? Is there any chance for example that packs of tips will end up on Amazon.

I was a little disappointed that after loosing a tip on a plane that the music store at SFO sold various Klipsch headphones but didn't have packs of eartips (it did have them for Shure, Sony, Etymotic etc).
