100+ Head-Fier
Pros: Sounds great after lighting them up with a strong amp. Bottom end likes power and the top end will settle down if the source isn't weak. Beautiful bass for 60's and 70's R&B and soul, lounge, old jazz.
Cons: I lost 2 martinis worth of dough on this pair. Pretty meh for metal. Not a good pair for heavy orchestral works but will shine for baroque, choral, and chamber music with a bit of volume.
ZEX Pro. Nearly 3 years ago now, I dished about $40 US on these and, for the most part, they've been sitting in a cardboard graveyard. What can I say about them that already hasn't been said? If...

Great review! I am a huge fan of the Omnium and opted to buy them as a CIEM for myself after owning them in universal. However, if you are going to use my measurements for your content I would appreciate being credited for them.

Nice review, think Bonneville is either you like it or dislike it.
I can't live without Bonneville, and have sold many other sets due to it.

But can see it not being for everyone, very subjective what we like or not.

Anyways keep up the great work you do @Jaytiss 💯

500+ Head-Fier
Pros: Nicely presented package
Decent stock cable
Offered in two colour schemes – fully transparent and a blue&pink combination
Transparent shells are always a plus – here especially since you can see the well thought out arrangement of all elements
Medium sized shell
A well-judged overall balance
Treble is tastefully done
Special tribrid driver configuration
Cons: Not the be all end all of technical prowess
Somewhat long and thick nozzle can be an issue for some
Bass lacks the satisfying low rumble
Midrange tuning can be a bit temperamental as in where it works and where it falls short
Only two variants of poorer quality silicone eartips

Headphoneus Supremus
Pros: Solid build
Comfortable fit
Beautiful shells
Easy to drive
Balanced U-shaped sonics
Clean and transparent midrange
Wonderful bass quality - very fast and tight bass
Sparkly treble with excellent resolution
Technicalities champ
Cons: Could do with a better accessory spread at this midFI pricing
Pentaconn cable limits aftermarket pairing
Mirror-like externals may potentially be scratch or fingerprint magnets
Low impedance - sources with higher output impedance may skew the sound signature
Slight sibilance in the treble

Headphoneus Supremus
Pros: Able to transparently reveal the exact nature of sources, cables........and even ear-tips
A great even/complete and correct tune
Showing BA IEMs are still going strong
A TOTL Flagship at a mid-fi price

Included triple-plug modular cable made from 6N single crystal copper in a Litz configuration

BRAS System
1) Prevents resonance from high frequencies
2) Discharges certain frequencies
3) Eliminates chance of high frequency ear-damage
4) Long-term wear without pressure build-up
5) Enhances lower mids and bass response though air pressure reserve

10 name brand drivers per side:
-Sonion AcuPass Vented Woofer (2BA)
-Knowles HODTEC (2BA)
-Knowles GR31653 x 2 (4BA)
-Knowles TWFK (2BA)

Emotionally involving tune while staying conservative and poised
Beautiful engaging vocals along with fully detailed midrange
Exciting, yet smooth as silk treble along with high-highs fully itemized into the stage
Nice rumble and fully formed bass response worthy of all genres
One of the singularly most well rounded IEMs I have ever encountered
2 fully usable DIP-Switches to adjust tone
A soundtrack lovers dream come true
A symphony lovers last IEM purchase
Cons: It could be argued at times there is not quite enough low-end authority for Rock, yet I love the Butastur for EDM, so go figure?

Great review!
I need more experiments with cables and eartips to find more subbass and more airy treble for my Butastur.
Overall Butastur is my best IEM I guess, I just haven't enough time for it 😔
