I only stream from mine. Use Tidal app and thru Hiby app. Small issue with Max until updated. Device is slow but every time I use mine it’s reliable and works well.

Looks defective. Have you tried resetting the device and making sure all updates are installed? Problem with buying cheap electronics from China is when you’re unfortunate to get a bad product. I was lucky with mine. But I won’t buy something like this again if it isn’t from a source I have...

I use them for my bedroom or around the house. They aren’t loud, agreed. But they work, sound good, and are durable. Had mine for 3 or 4 years and nothing gone wrong, yet.

I went to Hiby.com and found that my device is five updates behind. The latest update has the Tidal playback issue on certain files. I'm going to see how this helps the device performance. Installed all updates and now Tidal app works on Max and all music files. Must pay attention to these...

I get what you’re saying. It’s a rabbit hole hobby. In my use with Tidal I’ve noticed that since I can longer play HiRes files from the Tidal app I have to use Hiby Player. Hiby Player sounds better, am I nuts?
