The Official 64 Audio Thread | apex & tia Technologies
Agreed! 64 Audio maintains their shell & bore design across their models and as far as I know, my ears don’t have that issue. I did get some good seal with the M sized tips. Taking your advice, I’ll try the smaller tips the next time I get an opportunity to audition the Volur. A part of me...- Shivas

May your words come true!!! Though I did have to fiddle with the tips a little to get a better seal with the U4s. I believe it would be the same for the Volur?- Shivas

Hahaha! True that! I’ve not had the opportunity to demo the Trio. But it seems like Volur is getting much praise since its launch. Time to dig deep into my pockets 💵- Shivas

That was an amazing read Deezel! I’m glad to get an honest opinion on this. I agree that I would very much prefer more air in the treble. I did feel that the U4s had a slightly smoothed out treble, according to my ears, though I was using the m15 mod. I’m not a fan of too bright treble and based...- Shivas

The Official 64 Audio Thread | apex & tia Technologies
Hi all, newbie here on this thread. Coming from a custom VE6x1, which I’ve had a bitter sweet relationship with due to its muddled mids and coherency issues, I’m now looking forward to a UIEM to open up the soundstage extensively with solid technicalities and clarity. I’m all up for DD bass...- Shivas

HiBy R8 User Impressions
Not at all!! Your description was great enough for me to make my decision final. As I have auditioned the unit before, like you mentioned, that is the best way to decide on it. Will be placing my order on the R8 soon! Can't wait to enjoy the music bliss! Btw the Traillii is a beautiful...- Shivas

HiBy R8 User Impressions
Sweet!! I believe this is more reassuring for me now. I did audition the R8 twice for an hour or so each time. I fell in love with the soundstage and imaging. The n6ii A01 somehow made my VE6x1 sound a little thick and dark. It gave a more intimate feel which was fatiguing overtime. Trying the...- Shivas

HiBy R8 User Impressions
Great! Thank you for the advice, shall follow suit. However, are there any specific tracks to play on repeat mode? My IEM is the VE6x1. How about the volume at which to play?- Shivas

HiBy R8 User Impressions
Hello everyone, am new to this thread. I have been on the Cayin N6ii A01 and am very much tempted to make the shift over to the R8. I understand the R8 needs some breaking in due to its components. Is it recommended to do this burn-in? If so, any advice on how to go about doing this? What...- Shivas

Eletech Cables Official Impressions & Discussions Thread
Thank You Eric!!! I really appreciate the efforts placed in the design work for the Y-splitter. I can understand the amount of designwork involved and the number of revisions it had to go through to meet the uniqueness it is as of now. I would love to experience the cable personally and enjoy it...- Shivas

Eletech Cables Official Impressions & Discussions Thread
I'm in love with the palladium coated silver cables and the y-splitter designs. It's a new and different outlook from the ones I have commonly come across when testing cables. Keeping my fingers crossed to be the lucky one. And way to go Eletech!!! Keep the innovation and technology coming in...- Shivas

High end (IEM) cable thread: impressions, pics, comparisons and reviews.
Any cable recommendations to improve sub-bass and mid-bass? Currently using a VE6x1 paired to the Cayin N6II, with stock cable. Been planning to upgrade to 4.4mm balanced cable. Thank you!- Shivas
