Selling my first ZMF love, this Auteur Classic "B-stock" from ZMF November 2022 (received December 2022). Have since bought both the Verite and Atrium, and these Auteurs have now been sitting nestled in their Seahorse case feeling neglected. I would rather they go to a good home where someone will listen to them (and provide me the funds to upgrade my DAC).

The obvious "flaw" making this pair B-stock are the cool sap (syrup?) lines running across the faces of the maple cups. I personally think this gives them more character and a uniqueness that is more interesting than the A stock pairs. Sonically and functionally perfect.

Comes with Seahorse case, stock XLR cable and/or OFC 1/4" cable, cleaning cloth, owner's card.

Your choice of pads - choose from Auteur perf lamb; Auteur perf suede; Eikon perf lamb; Eikon perf suede. Add extra sets of pads for $40/pair. (To my ears, the Eikons come across a little warmer than the Auteur pads, and suede in general is a little brighter than the lamb. Part of what makes ZMF great is the ability to swap pads and tweak the sound based on your electronics chain, music genre or mood.)
