I am not looking for a mobile setup and I cannot listen the LCD-5 when travelling (say on the plane) as they are open-back headphones. For traveling I have Focal Bathys. My preference would be a tube (or valve as we say it) amp.

Not correct - 0.01% resistor are available. I ordered many times custom made resistors with a low tempco. Unfortunately, after Covid the lead time for such resistors could be like 50 weeks. Crazy
