Lost somewhere:
----------------------------------------
-FiiO EX1 (aka Dunu Titan 1) (Well there's $70 I'll never see again)

RIP:
----------------------------------------
-RHA MA-350 (strain relief on right side failed, leading to a short)

Gone:
----------------------------------------
-Audio-Technica ATH-M50S (bought the hype, mistake)

-Grado SR225i (too colored, limited genre coverage)

-MEElectronics A161P (too much midrange, too warm + lacking treble)

-NAD VISO HP50 (Good sound, TERRIBLE comfort)

-Koss SP330 (Pretty good sound, though not my preferred signature; unfortunate comfort and fit issues) UPDATE: Tried again, not as bad this time--left this line for full disclosure

-Sennheiser HD 569 (Great comfort, kind of boring sound, but the killer was the angled drivers, which, in common with the M50(x) for me, make the soundstage uncomfortably placed in the middle of my head with no forward projection)

Audio-Related Tweaks
These days I'm limited to using the room correction controls on the back of my monitors to dial in the sound, mainly because I'm down to headphones I like the sound of stock.

In the past, I'd placed felt circles over the drivers of my SRH440 to tame the highs and make the headphone comfortable, as well as stuck a bit of foam onto the headband with adhesive velcro strips.
Music Preferences
Pretty eclectic really
