Susvara is 300 dollars to replace out of warranty if and only if you have proof of purchase. Otherwise it’s 1500 USD to replace them for issues.

I believe you may have a firmware issue. Is your May a few years old? I had to update mine using a windows pc to use a particular version so that I get no static.

It doesn’t work as in it seems the guitars sound like an alien instrument or something. It’s more of a timbre issue.
