Would this also work for Hiby R6Pro2 ?

What about Hiby R6P2? I also have couple dongles like Ibasso DC04 pro,RU7,Questyle M15, Shanling UA5. Actually these days I like my daps more than using the dongles, the sound is more mature to me.

Guys I think almost every iem will sound good with the R8ii as it neutral. It sounds good with all of iems. Can’t wait to try it with Volür and XE6 in CanJam London.

True you can make it work but the dap is very heavy I wouldn’t recommend even running with a dongle now imagine running with R6P2 or the R8ii. R8ii is heavy to hold in one hand and trust me I lift weights and I’m a big guy but still I don’t think it’s a good idea to move around with it unless...

Not friendly at all it’s heavy and difficult to use on the go. You run in an issue you may drop it. You can carry it in them small hand bags and use it in an airplane or Work desk but not while moving around.

Pretty sure that you going to like it. Try to mess with the plugins like DRX10 Dynamics and the sound field.

How does the RS8 sound compared to the R8ii and which one you like more ?

Man with the R6P2 I only use class AB, I don’t bother because I don’t hear that much of a difference and improves the battery life. I’d recommend UM Mest 2 it offers really good dynamics, bass, clarity, detail. Holographic soundstage AF but I don’t know if you can handle that spicy treble...

Should’ve gotten the R6P2 if that’s the only iem you got. IMHO the R8ii deserves a more than one iem and also high end iems but good luck I hope you like that pairing.

Actually I have the Scarlet mini and it does sound good given its sub-bass focused with the R8ii the bass is chill. Since I’m a basshead I pair the Scarlet with the R6P2 are its emphasis on sub-bass for the ultimate slamming. Any iem with the R8ii sounds good and dynamic even the GAEA but you...

What are you trying to accomplish upgrading to the R8ii? Not happy with its sound..etc ? Because if you like the R6P2 the sound is different in the R8ii is more natural and organic with better sound stage dynamics.
