hi. no, it looks as if it wants to fire up, but the screen is blank I'm pretty reluctant to take it to a phone shop. I've looked at the disassembly tutorial online and it's not a simple job

alright guys. having more issues with my Fiio. a couple times everything just crashed, so I did a hard reset - and that seemed to work. since then, it's just completely died. I say completely died - it does look as though the screen is trying to power on, but just switches back off after a...

Bluetooth is crappy compared to a wired connection. that cannot be argued. I'm sure we're not far off true wireless hi-res, but for now, a wired connection is still king

hi there - yes, this was the problem! I have no idea how I activated, as I've only really gone into the settings when I got the M11. turns out the 'Adjustble volume at LO' needed activating. no idea why this was in the wrong setting, but I'm back in the game! thanks so much for your suggestion

hi guys - got a problem with my Fiio M11. I noticed something rattling inside the unit the other day - and the volume wheel is now no longer working. it moves up and down as it should, but the actual volume is stuck at an ear bleeding level the only way around this is to use bluetooth...

hi guys - is there a way of assigning album art to the whole album, rather than track by track. I can't see an option to do this...

alright guys. M11 been playing up a bit recently. I add albums the normal way, but when I scan for new music it doesn't show up on player. I have two micro sd's - and I have tried adding to both, to see if it's the sd card that's corrupted, but no dice

another question - I would like to upgrade the SD to 1TB. I understand there might be an issue with some SD cards though. is this correct? do I need to pony up for a Sandisk? cheers

alright guys. probably very simple, but how do I completely remove albums from the device? I only have a small SD (128g) for my music at the moment, which ain't ideal, so I'd like to cull a few bits and bobs to free up some space for new stuff

so, I did some more testing with the DSF albums. I tried with my headphones and it plays fine. no issues. when I try with a blueetooth speaker in the kitchen (JBL Charge 4) I get the 'format not supported' message here are the numbers...apologies for grainy image

so, what's the deal with DSF files. my understanding is that they are supported on this device. I downloaded a few DSF files and played fine on track one, then I got the message - 'this format is not supported' I reset the device, and again, it played track one, then I got that message again...
