Re-capped a Naim Flatcap power supply (electrolytics only).
Re-capped a Naim Pre-amp (electrolytics only).
Built power supply for DAC-in-the-Box.
Re-capped DAC-in-the-Box (electrolytics only).
Re-capped Madrigal Audio Proceed 3 Amp replacing all the electrolytic capacitors; the main filters with Cornell Dubilier, the rest with Nichicon KZ - and did they need it, the caps were all dried out and on their last legs due to the relatively "compact" nature of the amp and the amount of heat generated for a 450W amp! I completely removed one channel as I didn't need a three channels amp and it allowed the other two amps (150W each) in the case to be much more effectively cooled. I think the Proceed 3 is the hens teeth of amplifiers in the UK; I effectively paid chump change for a Mark Levinson amp, which after re-capping sounds phenomenal when fed from the Benchmark 3L via balanced XLR.
