Diana: the second release by Abyss Headphones!
I used putty clay, not the most precise thing out there. But it’s easy and clean to use and pretty customizable requiring minimal effort.- jieranli

@eskamobob1 I just tried your method, I used sticky putty instead since they don't leave a residue. It definitely works, went from bass shy to almost too much bass lmao.- jieranli

Diana: the second release by Abyss Headphones!
Yea, kind of my point. I look forward to seeing if the speakers' experience can be recreated with headphones in the future. Orchestral doesn't sound right unless you can feel the physical impact of the sound. I think maybe bone conduction drivers or even haptic devices can help. Idk, I'm just...- jieranli

I can totally see that, I have yet to hear headphones or iems come close to extending as deep as my previous full range speakers system with 15hz reach subwoofers. I assume this is why you sold your Dtc?- jieranli

Ingenious, I’ll try that. I haven’t heard burson nor a90 unfortunately. Maybe i’ll have to find one to audition at some point. I honestly considered it for a while. How do you like it?- jieranli

I do agree with your observation. I prefer the default sound signature in jazz, for the others, a visceral bass is more pleasurable to me. That’s interesting, now I start to understand why 1266 has to look like that. Curious, What makes an unsealed driver move more air, is it because the...- jieranli

Diana: the second release by Abyss Headphones!
I don't know if this has been posted before. Does anyone find Diana TC in default configuration a little Bass shy? It's clean but I don't particularly feel the heft, which is 50% of bass pleasure. The weird thing is if I break the seal, for example pulling the cups away from my ears giving...- jieranli

Lavricables - Impressions & Discussion Thread
That sounds very cool! I'm not well versed in cable science. I read that silverplated copper cable can be brighter than pure silver cable due to the skin effect. Does that statement have any merit in your opinion? I assume the Grand XLRs are still in stock? -

How would you describe the difference in sound characteristics of the master line and grand line? -
Lavricables - Impressions & Discussion Thread
I have a question. Are the cables of the same line for different headphones different? For example, I want to find a pair of cables for Abyss Diana TC, it appears the Grand line for it is out of stock. The same line cables for Susvara are still in stock. I think they use the same 2.5 connectors... -
