I have the envy and the VM-1a so I am covered relative to 300b tubes if I choose to go that way with the Immanis...I am expecting to be using the VM but who knows the envy is great as well- jlbrach

I take it as a positive that there is a reviewer who says he likes but doesnt love the Immanis compared to the susvara...it would be kind of strange if everybody felt exactly the same...the complaint being price is totally subjective of course and to me means nothing in the aggregate...we are...- jlbrach

yes, they sound great out of my chord dave and great out of my feliks envy but have to be on low gain and really dial back the volume on the dave quite a bit- jlbrach

not sure I see the problem here..there are all sorts of HP's that are outstanding available for far less money...nobody mandates you have to spend the money for this HP...get what you can afford..the truth is the Immanis may well sell a few hundred units so it is not meant as a mass market...- jlbrach
